What will be included in the duties:
- Search and recruitment of personnel;
- Maintenance of the candidate database;
- Conducting interviews;
- Testing for candidates;
- Keeping statistics of closed and open vacancies;
- Market analysis;
- Onboarding, adaptation and offboarding of employees;
- Organization of team building and various events within the company;
- Work with vacation, vacation schedule, control;
- Conducting 1-to-1 meetings with specialists;
- Creation of OKR/KPI for specialists and their control;
- Control of working hours and presence/absence of employees;
- Search for specialized training/webinars/conferences for the team and drawing up a schedule;
- Improving polls for the team;
- Executing the instructions of the manager.
