What will be included in the duties:

  • Search and recruitment of personnel;
  • Maintenance of the candidate database;
  • Conducting interviews;
  • Testing for candidates;
  • Keeping statistics of closed and open vacancies;
  • Market analysis;
  • Onboarding, adaptation and offboarding of employees;
  • Organization of team building and various events within the company;
  • Work with vacation, vacation schedule, control;
  • Conducting 1-to-1 meetings with specialists;
  • Creation of OKR/KPI for specialists and their control;
  • Control of working hours and presence/absence of employees;
  • Search for specialized training/webinars/conferences for the team and drawing up a schedule;
  • Improving polls for the team;
  • Executing the instructions of the manager.
