About Project / Challenges
PM Live is an annual conference in Tel Aviv dedicated to product management for SaaS products, organised by Danin Technologies, a company that has been running content-driven tech conferences in Israel since 2010. The event brings together product managers, product owners, VPs of Product and CPOs for a day of lectures and full-day workshops, with speakers from companies such as Monday.com and AppsFlyer. The organisers needed a modern, dynamic event website in Hebrew that would present the programme, speakers, workshops, pricing and sponsors in one clear place.

Solution
We developed the full front-end of the PM Live 2023 website, turning the design into a responsive RTL interface with interactive animation. The key visual feature is a grid of squares that react to the mouse: as the cursor moves, the squares light up around it, built with GSAP for smooth, high-performance motion.
- Building a right-to-left Hebrew layout, adapting grids, navigation, icons and component order to the RTL reading direction, a non-standard approach compared to typical LTR projects.
- Developing a GSAP-powered interactive animation where squares highlight in response to mouse movement.
- Laying out all event sections: programme, speakers, workshops, steering committee, pricing with a countdown, testimonials, sponsors and FAQ.
- Ensuring a fully responsive interface that keeps the RTL structure consistent on every screen size.
- Writing clean, maintainable front-end code that keeps animations smooth without overloading the page.
Impact / Result
PM Live received a dynamic, modern conference website that feels as tech-forward as the event itself. The interactive grid animation gives the site a memorable first impression, the RTL layout reads naturally for a Hebrew-speaking audience, and all event information is easy to find on any device.
We were responsible for the full front-end development of the PM Live 2023 website, from building the right-to-left Hebrew layout to implementing the GSAP mouse-tracking animation and delivering a responsive interface across all devices.
