What will be the responsibilities:
  • Searching and selection of personnel;
  • Maintaining a database of candidates;
  • Interviewing;
  • Testing for candidates;
  • Keeping statistics of closed and open vacancies;
  • Market analysis;
  • Employee onboarding, adaptation and offboarding;
  • Organization of team-buildings and various events within the company;
  • Work with vacations, vacation schedule, control;
  • Conducting 1-on-1 meetings with each specialist on a monthly basis;
  • Creation of OKR / KPI for specialists and controlling those ones;
  • Controlling working hours and presence / absence of employees;
  • Searching for profile trainings / webinars / conferences for the team and scheduling;
  • Improving surveys for the team;
  • Execution of orders of the head.
