Bovios Farm is a Ukrainian pharmaceutical trading company operating in the healthcare sector. Their internal SaaS platform is used daily by doctors and medical staff to manage patients, prescriptions and drug inventories.
Project objective
Bovios Farm is a Ukrainian pharmaceutical trading company operating in the healthcare sector. Their internal SaaS platform is used daily by doctors and medical staff to manage patients, prescriptions and drug inventories.
The platform worked - but it wasn't working well. Staff struggled with cluttered interfaces, poor readability and limited screen utilization. Our task was not to rebuild from scratch, but to make what already existed genuinely easy to use.
The challenge
The existing platform had several pain points that slowed down medical staff during their workday:
- Doctor profile cards were overloaded and cut off critical information
- Drug tables and lists were difficult to scan quickly
- Tap targets were too small for fast, accurate interaction
- The visual hierarchy made it hard to find key actions
- No data visualization - staff had to read raw numbers instead of charts
UI-concept
We focused exclusively on UI/UX improvement of the existing platform - no new features, no backend changes. Every decision was driven by one question: does this make the interface faster and clearer for medical professionals?
- Color system refresh for better contrast and visual clarity
- Redesigned doctor cards to use full available screen space
- Improved tap zones and interactive elements for reliable clicking
- Restructured drug tables and lists for faster reading
- New data visualization components - charts built from scratch
- Intuitive navigation patterns aligned with medical workflows
