About project

SaaS & Telecom — cloud business communications platform: IP PBX, call and contact centre, auto-dialer, voice bot, speech analytics, CRM and call tracking (Ukraine)
IPTel is a Ukrainian cloud communications platform with more than 11 years on the market and over 2 million calls processed every day. Businesses use it to run their phone systems, call and contact centres, automated dialing campaigns, AI voice bots, speech analytics and customer relationships in one place. The web application is the core product its customers work in every day, so its interface has to stay clear and efficient while the platform keeps gaining new modules and features.
What we have done

Unites PBX administration, auto-dialer, contact centre, CRM, forms and analytics in one coherent product
Makes highly technical telephony settings, such as IVR, trunks, queues and routing, understandable for business users
Gives agents, supervisors and administrators workspaces tailored to their daily tasks
Keeps data-heavy screens, from call logs to CRM feeds and reports, readable and easy to act on
Scales over years as new modules are added and existing ones are redesigned

Stages of development
Design is not just about aesthetics — it's a thoughtful process.

The result is
IPTel’s customers work in a unified interface where even complex telephony configuration feels manageable, and agents, supervisors and administrators each get a workspace built around their tasks. The shared design system keeps dozens of modules visually and logically consistent, so new features fit naturally into the product.
This was a long-term product partnership rather than a single project. Over several years, the design grew together with the platform: from the first core screens to a broad system covering PBX, auto-dialer, contact centre, CRM and forms, with every new module designed on the same foundation and handed over to development screen by screen.
