About Project / Client
SaaS & Telecom — cloud business communications platform: IP PBX, call and contact centre, auto-dialer, voice bot, speech analytics, CRM and call tracking (Ukraine / United Kingdom)
IPTel is a Ukrainian cloud communications platform that has been on the market for more than 11 years and processes over 2 million calls a day. Its product line covers IP PBX, call and contact centre software, live chat, auto- and robo-dialers, an AI voice bot, speech analytics, a built-in CRM and call tracking, with integrations for messengers, CRMs and email services. The company runs two websites: iptel.ua for the Ukrainian market and iptel-dialer.com for the UK and international audience. With a growing product range and a new design ready, IPTel needed both sites rebuilt on a modern, flexible platform that its marketing team could manage without developers.
Challenges
- Faithfully implement a completely new design across all product, feature, industry and company pages
- Let marketers assemble any page from ready-made sections without involving developers
- Present more than ten products and dozens of features in a clear, consistent structure
- Include a pricing page with product tabs, monthly and annual billing switch and several currencies
- Serve two markets with different languages, currencies and content on one technical foundation
Solution (what we did)
We moved both websites to Laravel with Blade templates and built them as a modular system rather than a set of fixed pages. Every block of the design became an independent section module, and any page can be composed from any combination of these modules.
- Turning the new design into more than 40 unique section modules: hero banners, product overviews, feature grids, analytics and integrations blocks, tariff previews, client results, reviews, awards, process steps, team, FAQ, demo and contact forms, blog and article blocks and more.
- Building a flexible page composition system, so marketers can create product, feature, industry and landing pages by combining and reordering sections in the admin panel.
- Developing a pricing page with tabs for Phone System, Contact Center, CRM and AI & Voice Bot plans, a monthly or annual payment toggle with dynamic price recalculation and old-price display, a currency switcher (USD, GBP, EUR on the UK site; multi-currency on the Ukrainian site), expandable feature lists and a full plan comparison table.
- Implementing all site sections: 10+ product pages, features, integrations, industries, about and stability pages, partners, blog with categories and articles, knowledge base entry points, contacts, legal pages and a custom 404.
- Running both the Ukrainian (UA/RU) and the UK website on the same modular architecture, with their own content, languages and currencies.
Impact
IPTel received two fast, consistent websites that present its large product range clearly and can grow as quickly as the product itself. The marketing team can launch new pages from ready-made sections in minutes, and the pricing page lets visitors compare plans, billing periods and currencies in one place.
Result
The most time-consuming part was not the number of pages but the flexibility behind them: 40+ independent modules that work in any order and on any page, plus the pricing logic with plan tabs, billing toggles and currency switching on both sites. The result is a website platform that marketing can manage on its own, while our team continues to support and extend it.
