Luxury Hospitality & Real Estate — luxury villa rentals, concierge, event venues and full property management across premium U.S. destinations (USA)
The Maimon Group is a Los Angeles-based luxury hospitality and asset management company founded in 2017 by Tal Maimon. The group manages a collection of exclusive private homes in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Hollywood Hills, Miami, Aspen, Palm Springs and beyond, and serves high-net-worth travellers with short- and long-term rentals, a 24/7 concierge (exotic cars, private chefs, yacht charters, private jets, wellness), event and film production venues, and full property management for homeowners. With so many audiences and services under one brand, the company needed a digital platform that would bring them together in a single, premium experience.

Challenges
- Combines rentals, concierge, events and filming, property management and partner programmes into one clear structure
- Speaks to very different audiences: guests, homeowners, property managers, travel and real estate agents and service providers
- Makes searching and booking a luxury home feel effortless, from destination to dates, bedrooms and guests
- Reflects five-star hospitality through refined visuals, photography and typography
- Can be validated as a working product before a single line of code is written

Solution (what we do)
We approached the project as product design, not just page layouts. The entire platform was designed in Figma on a system of reusable, interactive components and assembled into a clickable prototype, so the client could navigate menus, use the search and move between sections exactly as a real visitor would.
- Building the information architecture for a multi-service brand: a mega menu that structures vacation rentals, concierge, events, monthly rentals, media, company pages and five partner directions (owners, property managers, travel agents, real estate agents, service providers).
- Designing a booking search with destination, arrival and departure dates, bedrooms and guests as the central entry point of the site.
- Creating key page blocks: Inspired Collection of homes, destinations, concierge services, events, “What makes us different”, testimonials, partners and newsletter.
- Creating a component library in Figma with variants and interactive states (hover, active, open, selected) for buttons, cards, dropdowns, date pickers, menus and sliders, so every element behaves like the real interface.
- Linking all screens into a clickable prototype with realistic transitions and navigation flows, used to review UX, test scenarios and align stakeholders before development.

Impact / Result
The Maimon Group received a complete, premium platform concept that unites all of its services and audiences under one luxury brand experience. Thanks to the interactive prototype, decisions about structure, navigation and booking flow were made by clicking through the product rather than by imagining it from static screens.
What the team handed over was not a set of pictures but a working model of the future website: a Figma file with a structured component library, consistent styles and a clickable prototype covering the key user journeys. Developers receive clear behaviour for every element, and the client can extend the platform with new pages and services using the same system.

The Maimon Group website exudes an air of elegance and sophistication. The color palette, with its deep green and soft beige, evokes a sense of luxury and tranquility, perfectly complementing the company's focus on high-end travel and event experiences.
